After a successful launch of Lenovo Vibe K4 Note, Lenovo yesterday announced its flagship phone in India, Lenovo Vibe X3. The phone is priced at INR 19,999 and will go on sale from today on Amazon India at 2 PM. Vibe X3 was launched in November last year.
The new Lenovo Vibe X3 comes with 5.5” Full HD IPS with a 178° wide-view display, 1920 x 1080p resolution and 401 ppi pixel density, along with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Lenovo lays claim that the screen displays 100% accurate colours with 1500:1 contrast ratio.
Vibe X3 is powered by 64-bit Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 & Dual-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A57 processor and Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 chipset with Adreno 418 GPU. The phone runs Android Lollipop 5.1, has 3GB LP DDR3 RAM and 32GB internal storage, the phone also supports 128GB external microSD card.
For connectivity Vibe X3 has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, along with Bluetooth v4.1, A2DP, LE. Also there is support for NFC, Infrared blaster which can be sued to view movies and serials on television. GPS support is present with A-GPS. For security Lenovo has given fingerprint scanner at the back of the phone located below the camera module.
Vibe X3 is dual-sim phone and comes with hybrid dual-sim slots, where one slot can be used to place sim and the other can have microSD card. The phone is powered by a 3500mAh non-removable battery, and supports Quick Charge 2.0 which will give you a 60% battery charge with a charging of thirty minutes.
The phone has got a 21MP camera on the back with Sony IMX230 sensor, phase detection autofocus, 6-piece composite lens, dual LED (dual-tone) flash, the camera allows for 4K Ultra HD video recording. There is Vibe Camera Pro Mode available which will give you full manual control over the camera settings, photography enthusiasts would definitely love this feature. On the front of the phone there is an 8MP camera for selfie lovers with multiple enhancements.
With Vibe X3 Lenovo has pushed hard to provide users of the phone with best audio experience, Vibe X3 come with 32-bit ESS Sabre 9018C2M DAC to give the best signal-to-noise ratio of 120db for media playback and it becomes the first smartphone to come with 3-chip amplifier for best audio experience. Wolfson WM8281 technology and a 3-mic input is used for phone calls.
